1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Khwamru Academy website and your enrolment in any of our courses. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Courses and Enrolment

Khwamru Academy currently offers three online courses: First Steps in AI, Building Models, and Generative AI in Practice. Each course has its own prerequisites, duration, and structure, which are described on the course pages of this website.

By completing the enrolment form and making payment, you are requesting a place on your chosen course. We will confirm your enrolment by email. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment if a course is full or if we reasonably consider the prerequisites have not been met, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol.

3. Fees and Payment

Course fees are as displayed on the website at the time of enrolment. All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required by Thai law.

Payment is required at the time of enrolment. We accept the payment methods listed on the enrolment page. Your place on the course is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged.

We do not store your card or payment account details. All payment transactions are handled by our third-party payment processor, which operates under its own terms and security standards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before course start: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your enrolment at least 7 days before the course start date.
• Within the first week: A 50% refund will be issued if you withdraw within the first 7 days of the course starting.
• After the first week: No refund will be issued once you have had access to more than one week of course content.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, course, and enrolment date. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

5. Course Access and Materials

On confirmation of your enrolment, you will be given access to the course platform and associated materials for the duration of the course and for a period of 90 days after the course end date. After this period, access to recorded lessons and materials may be withdrawn.

Course materials, including recorded lessons, written guides, and exercise files, are provided for your personal study only. You may not share, reproduce, sell, or distribute them to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, website content, logos, and materials produced by Khwamru Academy are the intellectual property of Khwamru Academy. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to that property beyond the personal study access described above.

Work you produce during the course (such as project code or written submissions) remains your own. By submitting work to mentors for feedback, you grant us a limited right to review and comment on it for the purpose of providing that feedback.

7. Student Conduct

We ask all students to engage with courses and with mentors in a respectful and honest manner. We may terminate your access to a course without refund if you:

• Submit work that is not your own as if it were your own, including submitting AI-generated output without disclosure where dishonesty is clearly the intent.
• Behave in a way that is abusive, harassing, or disruptive toward mentors or other students.
• Share or redistribute course materials in breach of these terms.

8. Course Changes and Cancellations by Us

We work to deliver courses as described, but we may occasionally need to adjust timing, content, or mentor assignments. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled students promptly.

If we need to cancel a course before it begins, we will provide enrolled students with a full refund. If a course must be discontinued partway through for reasons within our control, we will discuss options with affected students, which may include a partial refund or transfer to a future course.

9. Limitation of Liability

Khwamru Academy provides its courses and website on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant that course content will always be error-free, that the platform will always be available without interruption, or that completing a course will lead to any particular professional outcome.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any course or use of this website shall not exceed the fee you paid for that course.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

11. Cookies

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled students by email. Continued use of the website or enrolment in courses after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
